In collaboration with Wundergrund 2008 festival the Nordic Sound Art, Joint Study Programme will do a presentation of sound art at the Mezzanin at Charlottenborg. From October 31-November 8 you can experience sound art, performances and hear presentations about the Nordic Sound Art, Joint Study Programme. Nordic Sound Art workshop, Trondheim, Norway - 28.04. - 06.04.11

The workshop will take place at NTNUs seminar location “Hopsjø” which is located on the island Hitra, Norway. Through a series of excursions, sound walks and on-site experiments, we will investigate different auditive environments. We will cover different methods of field recording and present a historical overview of works by artists working in this genre. The students will produce works and the workshop will culminate with a public presentation in Trondheim.
